How soon in advance do I have to order?

You can order as late as the night before! (Same day orders unfortunately cannot be accepted.)

How do I pick up my online order?

1.) Park in our main lot upon your arrival.

2.) Give us a call at 330-878-4085 to let us know you’ve arrived.

3.) We’ll come out with your order, and you’ll leave with a car of groceries without having to lift a finger.

I forgot to add an item to my order. What should I do?

You can either submit a second order or send us what you forgot to villagegardenfoods@gmail.com and we’ll get it added in.

I forgot to pick up my order/can no longer pick it up at the date I selected.

Time doesn’t work: we have all orders ready for the entire day of pickup, so any time on the day you selected it’ll be ready!

Date no longer works: send an email to villagegardenfoods@gmail.com and let us know what day you’d like to move your order to.

Forgot to pick up order: Call the store at 330-878-4085 and we’ll arrange another time for you to get what you need, or just submit another order!

I was mischarged/not given an item I had ordered.

Double-check your order form, which is included along with your items. We’ll mark if anything was out of stock or if it had a price change not yet reflected on the website.

We’ll also include your itemized receipt, which includes all the items you were actually charged for at pickup. Check to make sure a missing item was actually charged to you, and if so, please call the store at 330-878-4085. Alternatively, you can also stop by with your receipt and we’ll get it sorted out.
